• Co-led new product development of a web-based collaboration tool for the audio industry
• Held stakeholder interviews with founder and product owner to understand business goals and intended outcomes
• Refined product complexity by introducing differentiating feature based on user feedback to help distinguish our solution in the market
• Designed wireframes and user flows that clarified the app’s primary and secondary tasks, enabling stakeholders to visualize and align on main features
