Project mission

The mission of this little project are as follows:

• Provide an inclusive, safe space for designers all over the world to grow and connect
• Improve our skills in communication and presentation
• Share our work with one another

In our mini-community we hope to learn and practice the following:

• How to facilitate design crits
• How to structure your crit to receive focused feedback
• How to receive and respond to feedback
• How to give focused and constructive feedback
• Use retrospectives to improve our sparring sessions so everyone can continue to benefit now and in the future from this group!

This group is for you if…

• You’re a solo designer in your current project team with not a lot of other design presence
• You’re looking to practice your soft skills: presentation, communication, giving and receiving feedback
• You want to connect with other designers in the industry and across the world
